QUINTA DO FOJO 2017

The wines produced are, depending on the year, Vinha do Fojo or Fojo, always and exclusively from the same vine, an old vine with mixed grape varieties. These are wines of great longevity, made in the traditional way, in lagares with foot treading, resulting from total respect for the vine, without oenological practices that manipulate the final result and alienate.
