TIGNANELLO 2020 ANTINORI

The Antinori family has been dedicated to wine production for over six hundred years. Since 1385, Giovanni di Piero Antinori became a member of the Arte Fiorentina dei Vinattieri. During its long history, spanning 26 generations, the family has always managed this activity directly, making innovative and sometimes daring choices, while always respecting tradition and the territory. Tenuta Tignanello is located in the heart of Chianti Classico, on the hills between the Greve and Pesa valleys, covering a total area of ​​319 hectares, of which approximately 130 hectares are vineyards. Among its vineyards, we find two treasures: the vineyard of Tignanello and that of Solaia, which extend on the same slope, on soils derived from Pliocene marine marls with limestone and schist, giving rise to wines with a profile capable of marking what is called the renaissance of Italian wine.
